I have 102 fever last weekend and this weekend. then i got really bad migraine for 3 days, and i took tylenol (acetaminophen). afraid it will become rebound headache?

Not necessary: Patients with rebound headache take multiple daily doses of one or more analgesics in an effort to suppress the pain. Although simple analgesics such as Aspirin or Acetaminophen can produce rebound HA, commonly prescribed compound analgesics that combine aspirin, caffeine and butalbital, a barbiturate, can produce it more readily. You van take up to 4mgTylenol/day, no more than 12 days/month.

No rebound: Tylenol (acetaminophen) does not cause rebound headache.
