Cough ; fever: This time of year and those symptoms are screaming influenza. Did you get flu shot this year? If it's in the first 2 days of the illness, try to get in to doc as there is an anti-flu medication that can be given as long as you do it early. If it's been longer, then fluids, rest. Pneumonia is a possibility, but usually not body aches/headache with that. If short of breath, painful breath, see doc!
