It : It sounds like an infectious etiology. Perhaps you are dealing with impetigo, which is a bacterial skin infection. It causes sores that often break open, ooze fluid, and then develop a yellow to brown crust. They are most commonly found around the mouth and nose. It can recur. If this occurs again you can try an over the counter anti-bacterial cream to the affected area two to three times a day. Finally, this may not be the iisue at all, it is always a good idea to let your doctor evaluate you, make a diagnosis, and treat. Take care.
