Hello. : Hello. I don't know if your hysterectomy was via vaginal or abdominal route. Scars for c-sections and hysterectomies can often be the source of significant pelvic and back pain. All scars are niduses of inflammation. There can be adhesions surrounding the scars that go quite deep. In medical acupuncture one of the first ways something like this would be approached is scar deactivation (with needles with or without electrical stimulation) and by scar injection. I am not referring to steroid injections which can actually cause the scar to be more rigid. I am referring to something that is similar to hydrodissection with injection of saline, Lidocaine and a homeopathic medicine. The results can prove to be quite remarkable. However, before you consider this, you do need to be medically evaluated by your western trained physician to determine if there is pathology that requires surgery or other forms of treatment first.

See doctor: You could have an infection but there is no good reason to have your symptoms. You should see your doctor.
