I am currently taking voriconazole for histoplasmosios. can this cause neck pain? neck pain started about 2 weeks ago, and hasnt let up. it only hurts on the left side. what can i do?

Neck : Neck or muscle pain is not listed as a side effect of voriconazole. This pain is likely caused by something else. Possibly a muscle spasm or strain. Have you tried any pain medications? If not try tylenol (acetaminophen) or motrin. Also a heating pad may help. If the problem worsens or persists see your doctor. Best of luck.
