A member asked:

Why was my period shorter than usual? my period is always on time. come every month but the month of feb it camr but more shorter than usual. my period last at lest 5-7 days but the month of feb it was only a 2-3 day period.

The : The length of the period can change with fluctuations of hormones, which can be caused by various stressors on the body, and even by weight gain or loss. If it was very light or just spotting and you are at all concerned that you could be pregnant, then taking a pregnancy test would be reasonable. Some women after 45 start having shorter periods as well; i don't know your age.
