Fordyce spots : are a normal part of anatomy found on edge of lips, inside cheek, on labia or on penis/ scrotum. They don’t require treatment. If someone really wanted to have them treated options are micro-punch surgery, laser treatments, chemical cauterization or topicals like bichloracetic acid, topical tretinoin or oral isotretinoin REF: https://www.healthline.com/health/fordyce-spots#treatment
