Option : Option 1: go to the hospital and have the foreign object removed from your anus option 2: the object puts pressure on your rectum and erodes a hole into it then you get very sick from infection and then you end up at the hospital much much sicker in a very serious condition. Be smart, go to the hospital.

Not : Not sure why this is posted in hand surgery, but agree that you should bypass your embarrassment and see someone as soon as possible unless the toy is small enough and without sharp edges and you feel comfortable pulling it out on your own. But if you have to struggle doing that in any way, see a doctor.
