Purple : Purple penis spots should be evaluated by your physician. A urologist, dermatologist or primary care doc should be able to point you in the right direction. It could be a totally harmless condition such as an angiofibroma, pearly penile papule, or trauma. Harmful conditions of the penis could include kaposi's sarcoma, genital warts or bowens disease. A biopsy may be necessary to differentiate all of the above possibilities!
