What would cause secure pain in my groin area? when i bend forward i can't straighten up causing pain and it locks

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pain : Pain in the groin can be caused by a muscle pain such as sprain, by a hernia which would have a "bulge" present in the groin, or by intra-abdominal pain. If a patient continued to have severe pain, or had fever or vomiting, then they should contact their physician for an evaluation.
