Exam!: It's impossible to say from your brief description what the growth may be & I therefore suggest you have it examined at a medical clinic. After a more detailed history & exam a biopsy may be necessary. The growth could range from being a benign growth to cancer, or due to come infectious process or other illness. The sooner the growth is properly diagnosed & treated the better. Best of luck!
