Clenching : Clenching of your jaws is a sign of stress. That you take "nerve pills" only confirms that you suffer from stress related problems. Speak to your physician who may be better able to refer you to someone who can help you by physically seeing you and speaking to you.

Agree with Dr. D: You nay wish to see your dentist to ascertain if a "mouth guard" may help with the situation. It would keep you from humming and counteract your clenching your jaw.
