You : You need to see your doctor for an evaluation. You could have prostatitis, epididymitis, urinary tract infection(uti) or an std. The only way to know is to have a complete work up. Best of luck.

Usually benign: Hematospermia unlikely a problem provided it is short lived. Advise consult urologist if it persists. Not a sign of kidney or bladder problem.
