Hello. : Hello. I am not exactly sure what you are asking. A person who has active tuberculosis could need pulmonary therapy at some point. A person with tuberculosis who is not compliant with taking medication, might do well with therapy to help them become compliant. If what you are referring to is treatment- TB is an infectious disease. It should be treated to prevent further tissue destruction and transmission to other people.
