Without : Without knowing when your last period was or when you may have conceived, the next best way to know how far along you are is by ultrasound measurements. Your doctor may be able to guess how far you are by examining you, but it will be a pretty rough estimate. You will likely have an ultrasound done soon. Most adhd medications are "category c" which means that not enough research has been done to know whether these medications are safe during pregnancy. You will need to discuss these medications with your doctor at your visit. Good luck!
