However, it is not possible to make any medical judgements without examining you even though, from the information that you provided, you sound like a physically fit individual. To avoid serious problems, the best course of action, in my view, would be to visit your primary care doctor and ascertain that there is nothing physically wrong going on. At the same visit you may want to discuss your worries and ask the doctor if a referral to a psychiatrist might be a good idea. If your symptoms are caused by anxiety, there are many effective treatments today that you may benefit from.
