Can cervicalthoracic radiculopathy cause shortness of breath or swallowing difficulty. could be from anxiety or panic attack rather than back related? i have pain by shoulder blades and will try pt?

Shortness of breath & swallowing difficulties are not characteristics of cervical and/ or thoracic radiculopathy, but the interscapular pain is. Shortness of breath at rest but not during physical activity is typical of anxiety or stress reaction. However, I think at your age you should have an evaluation of your swallowing difficulty & a chest xray before attributing your symptoms to anxiety
