This : This is something that will need to be determined by your doctor, but to answer your question yes you could be pregnant, or you may have had a false positive test, or false negative for that matter (second test). A blood pregnancy test will be definitive; followed by serial testing to confirm the progression of pregnancy versus miscarriage. Best of luck.
