You : You are correct in being concerned. She definitely needs a medical evaluation. The problem is you can't make anyone go to a doctor or hospital. You can talk to her and explain to her that this bleeding is serious. She could be having a miscarriage, have an infection, cancer needs to be ruled out, as well as anemia due to all the blood loss, etc. Please continue to be supportive and encourage her to see a medical professional. All the best.

Hello. : Hello. I can't diagnose her condition. However this is worrisome. I am writing this answer 6 days after you wrote in with this. There is a concern that she may have developed a tear during intercourse. If her bleeding has not already stopped or she has not already been treated, then she needs to be evaluated by a physician. Prolonged heavy bleeding can lead to anemia and hypovolemia.
