With a grain of salt: If there are "greater than 100,000 contaminants" in the urine sample, the results can be interpreted "with a grain of salt." That means the results may not be reliable enough on their own to diagnose something, except that the doctor who knows the case well, who knows the patient, who sees the whole picture... that is the doctor who can best interpret the test results. Ask that ordering physician.

Bad sample: This looks like a squat & pee collection from a female or unprepared squirt from an uncircumcised male. These often include contaminates from the vagina and or surface skin. The wide range of contaminants & other findings make it rather useless. A clean catch with proper preparation or a catheter obtained specimen would be more accurate
