Usually by 2 weeks: Typically most surgical risks such as bleeding are markedly diminished by 2 weeks and this is usually a safe time to resume most medications. However there may be other interactions or risks that may concern your surgeon, so first co suit with them prior to resuming your vitamin regimen.

Soon.: Assuming the “supplements” you wish to resume our safe, you should be able to do so very soon after liposuction surgery. Your plastic surgeon will be your best resource when it comes to specifics, given that he/she is ultimately responsible for your care. Best wishes.

Depends: Most multivitamins would be fine to resume shortly after surgery, although i would stay away from vitamin e, and fish oil / omega-3 supplements, since they'll cause more bruising.
