If : If the scar is unusually long or deep, it could affect the way the filler flows. If it is small, it will probably have little or no effect.

This : This is a good question to ask the plastic surgeon who you see for lip augmentation. It is a scar and will still be there and affect how the lip tissues respond to augmentation. There are times when a lip scar can be treated to look less noticeable as well. Dr edwards.
