Possibilities: Without seeing your lip, this is a challenging question to answer. A scar older than one year may possibly be improved with injection of a hyaluronic acid filler. A revision procedure may be needed to reorient the scar so it isn't causing a tethered effect of the skin and lip. If the scar is newer than one year, you should wait prior to having anything done.
