I : I advise my patients to hold on exercise for one day after injections with fillers such as radiesse (dermal fillers). I like to have my patients apply ice for the evening after injections to limit swelling. Then you can run to your hearts content. Best of luck to you. www.natureredefined.com.

I : I advise my patients to avoid strenuous exercise for 4 hours following injection of facial fillers. You should apply ice for the first 15-30 minutes after injection to reduce the risk of swelling and bruising. I advise my patients to gently massage injected areas about once per hour for the first night, but surgeons vary in their opinions regarding this matter. To achieve your best results, you should follow the instructions provided by your board certified plastic surgeon.

Yes. : Yes. To be extra safe, run the day of your appoint, before, of course, skip the next day and then run the day after that. That will give you a 2 day gap.

Wait a bit: The Radiesse (dermal fillers) will not migrate once injected; however, the area that is filled or contoured will swell a bit. Hence, it is prudent to not increase the heart rate significantly for 1-3 days after the procedure. The object is to minimize swelling and yield amazing results. Radiesse (dermal fillers) is part of my "rosenthal liquid facelfit". www.artofplasticsurgery.com.
