IBS : Ibs can be difficult to manage, here are a few tips: limiting/avoiding caffeine and alcohol. Decreasing fatty food intake increasing fiber in your diet to decrease constipation if you deal mainly with diarrhea then limit dairy products, fruits, and artificial sweeteners to help with bloating and gas stay away from beans, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli get regular exercise decrease stress do not smoke discuss medication options with your doctor. Also, some people who suffer with ibs turn to alternative therapies such as accupuncture/pressure and herbal supplements. Consider discussing these options with an herbalist if you so choose.
