If you need help ask your parent or guardian to schedule a visit with a nutritionist or registered dietician for assistance. As far as exercise is concerned, team sports are a great way to get in exercise and lose weight. Also running, walking, or riding a bike are great as well. You are so young, it would be wise to start practicing a healthy lifestyle and losing weight through diet and exercise as opposed to relying on diet pills that could prove to be very dangerous.
