I'm : I'm sure you are increasing the fiber in your diet, also make sure you drink plenty of water. You can try an over the counter laxative or stool softener like colace (docusate sodium). If the problem does not resolve soon you can visit your doctor for treatment options or you can try an enema sold in stores (i.e. Fleet enema) use as directed. Best of luck.

Diet and fluids: A good high fiber diet and plenty of non caffeinated, non alcoholic fluids should do the trick...Nothing more nothing less. 80-100 ounces of fluids per day at a minimum.
