Each : Each situation is unique. While implants have a high success today they can be expensive and require several visits to complete. Root resection offers a patient lower cost and one visit. Given the right circumstances i would advise a resection over a dental implant. In other cases i might advise an implant. As you can see there is more than one option and opinion. Please consult with someone you trust.

As : As dr.Kara gayle rosenthal-fraiman had mentioned, in today's dental technology this procedure is rarely performed, the reasoning behind is the prognosis is questionable in terms of longevity of the remaining structure. Implants will give you a more predictable answer to your problem.Nevertheless your consultation with at least two specialists will help you take the correct decision> good luck !

Implant: This procedure is rarely done. Dental implants are more commonly indicated for a failing tooth, and are usually more predicable for success and longevity.
