Consult time: The original research that led to the "pill" was actually done to assist with this and similar problems. Heavy, unpredictable, painful, etc all led to hormonal research where initial testing showed great promise. It became apparent that those using the pill also had reduced fertility & later this side effect became the main use. Consult an OBGYN and look into what may work for you.
