It : It is best to discuss this with your surgeon. A vitamin supplemented high protein diet wtih modest exercise is always a good start. Tobacco use is a no no. Avoiding Aspirin is commonly advised.

Prep for Body Lift: Pre-op instructions for my body lift patients include stop taking aspirin, herbal supplements and multivitamins and stop smoking for at least two weeks.
