You : You need to see your doctor and be seen immediately for this. In the setting of a recent infection and being on antibiotics, to now have face swelling and a "ball" in your neck, with chest pain, is very concerning for a serious infection. Please be seen immediately. If your doctor cannot see you then you will need to go to the er.

Don't wait: If the swelling is an infection, it means that it is spreading and can become life threatening. Please see a dentist and a physician asap.
