You : You need to see your doctor and be seen immediately for this. In the setting of a recent infection and being on antibiotics, to now have face swelling and a "ball" in your neck, with chest pain, is very concerning for a serious infection. Please be seen immediately. If your doctor cannot see you then you will need to go to the er.

Don't wait: If the swelling is an infection, it means that it is spreading and can become life threatening. Please see a dentist and a physician asap.

EMERGENCY!: You obviously have been neglecting your teeth, your mouth and your overall health. You now have some very serious issues that require immediate attention. I know of a child whose parents did not get a baby tooth treated, resulting in the spread of an infection to his brain, and now the child is mentally handicapped from that! go to the er first (or 24/7) medical facility and then a dentist asap!

See a dentist ASAP: If you have a toothache, you may have a cavity or advanced gum disease or wisdom teeth. A tooth pain won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. See a dentist ASAP for assessment and treatment.
