Can i take naproxen (aleve) with an antihistamine (pantanase)? i have allergy and breathing issues and wanted to know if it's safe to take aleve for my menstrual pain or if i should take tylenol (acetaminophen) instead.

That : That is a good question. Usually, tylenol (acetaminophen) is safer for patients with breathing issues/allergies. Some patients with asthma-type conditions are sensitive to nsaids (non-steroidal anti-inflammatories such as Aleve and advil).
