Small : Small asymptomatic aneurysms can be safely followed with imaging studies, then operated on if they are enlarging rapidly or reach a size which should be repaired. A vascular surgeon will be able to give you the best advice.

Incomplete??: Kidney stones are common, usually diagnosable, treatable, and very painful. Small abdominal aneurysms can be identified , categorized, followed and treated electively according to good criteria. Frequently AAA is found on ct or ultrasound for some other work up.
