Yes: Pulmozyme (dornase alfa) is a category b, deemed safe in pregnancy. Its safety in lactation is unreported, but should have minimal absorption, and i would consider the benefits vs risk for lactation on a case-by-case basis with my patients.

Yes for both: This is a large molecular weight material that is poorly absorbed by lung tissue & essentially undetectable in the serum. It is safe during pregnancy or breast feeding.
