It : It sounds like he may have a urinary tract infection. Urinary tract infections are rare in little boys, especially circumcised boys. He may have an infection on the outside of his penis. If you are noticing swelling on the outside of the penis or if he is uncircumcised and it is more difficult to retract the foreskin, he may be at risk of circulatory damage to the penis. Either way he should be seen by a doctor immediately to investigate the cause of pain.
