Chills, fever, headache and light-headedness are consistent with infection, either viral or bacterial, and you need a complete medical evaluation of your symptoms to determine the cause. Try to check your temperature and see what it is. If you have fever, vomiting, shortness of breath, or rash, then you need to go to the emergency room.
