Please : Please have her call her gynecologist and be seen immediately. Any discharge during pregnancy must be taken seriously. It could be "implantation bleeding", when the fetus binds with the placenta, but other very serious causes such as infection or tubal pregnancy must be ruled out. If she has pain, fever, vomiting, or feels light-headed/faint, then she would have to be seen as an emergency.
