Take a test: The easiest way to know if you are pregnant is to take a urine pregnancy test. I hope it comes out the way you want it to.

Dermoid cyst in my ovary, I forget how big it is. Doctor wants me to get it removed but the surgeon said no. I still have it. Pregnancy apossibility?

Yes: Dermoids do not prevent pregnancy but the diagnosis should be confirmed by sonogams. Unless they are very large they usually will not cause problems, but they can twist or rupture so removal might be advisable & can be done laparoscopically before pregnancy.
