Primary : Primary cancer of the heart is a very rare situation, and does not cause hemoptysis, or coughing up blood, typically. This is more a symptom of lung cancer.

Rare diagnosis : Some muscle tumors and generally not curable. If other cancers have spread to heart that is stage 4 and unlikely to be cured. Bad actors! be sure that what you have heard is correct about this rare issue.
