The : The pain you describe is typical for angina pectoris. Angina is often caused by blockages in the coronary arteries and not enough blood getting to your heart. You should get this evaluated by a doctor as soon as you can. The progression you describe in symptoms is typical of increasing blockages over time that occurs with atherosclerosis and could be leading to a heart attack.
