There : There are many different causes that may be contributing to your problem. Without an exam, it's hard to tell, and the mouthwash only masks the problem. From a dental standpoint, you may have cavities which are full of decay, or you may have calculus on your teeth that needs to be scraped off. A visit to your dentist will let you know if you need any dental treatment, and he/she will be in a better position to advise you. In the meantime, i've included a link below to give you some ideas.

See a dentist: Do you floss & clean your tongue in addition to your brushing. Are your teeth clean, are your gums healthy...All these answers will give you insight as to the cause of your halitosis. Before any medications are ilndicated you need a cause identified. See a dentist & start there.
