If : If you are having voice changes, you should have a complete ENT evaluation. It should be ascertained why you are having hoarseness. In particular, thyroid problems can cause this so your thyroid status needs to be evaluated. Please seek out an otolaryngologist (ENT) in your area for an evaluation.
