If : If you have double vision, you should see an opthalmologist. The opthalmologist will look for problems with your eyes and determine if you need to see a neurologist.

This : This may be evidence of a nerve problem, and you really need to see an ophthalmologist or go to the er as soon as possible to have this evaluated.

Twitching : Twitching on its own is usually not a problem, caused by stress, lack of sleep or caffeine. Combined with double vision and blurred vision, you should see an ophthalmologist or head to the E.R.

If : If vision is double with one eye closed it may be something as simple as needing new glasses. Alternatively, a cataract or cornea problem could also be the cause. If things are double with both eyes open then you will need to see an ophthalmologist. As soon as possible.
