Twitching : Twitching on its own is usually not a problem, caused by stress, lack of sleep or caffeine. Combined with double vision and blurred vision, you should see an ophthalmologist or head to the E.R.

If : If vision is double with one eye closed it may be something as simple as needing new glasses. Alternatively, a cataract or cornea problem could also be the cause. If things are double with both eyes open then you will need to see an ophthalmologist. As soon as possible.
