Im having surgery and i have a few red bumps from sweating the day before can i still have surgery the bumps are red but do not hurt and are not open sores or cuts or anything like that they are just there

Hard : Hard to tell without a picture and not knowing what type/location on body of the surgery, but sounds like these won't cause a problem. I would discuss with your surgeon to be sure. I hope that helps.
