Bump under skin by vein (feels like piece of rice) from surgery iv 2 wks ago. not red or hot; flesh colored. bump will get larger if i use my arm and then go back down . what is this and will it go away?

This is likely a small piece of scar tissue from the IV. When you use your arm, the vein gets a bit bigger and the blood flow there drains a little slower due to the small scar, making it seem bigger. This will likely go away but it will take some time. Heat to the area might help. Good luck!
