If : If the yellow spot is on the outside of eyeball it could be a pinguecula, which usually is harmless. It normally does not need to be removed.

This : This sun-related thickening on your eye is known as a pingueculum. It is harmless, and almost never causes problems. Occasionally, it can be associated with irritation that may need treatment with eyedrops. There is usually no reason to remove these....And surgery can cause problems that you don't want!

You : You have a pingucula which tends to be caused by irritation from sunlight and dryness. Unless it grows so large that it affects your vision, i would encourage you to leave it alone. The use of artificial tears and sunglasses may help in treating the irritation that caused it in the first place.
