Facial : Facial numbness can be from many causes like bell's palsy, a complicated migraine headache to a stroke. I don't know your age or your medical history. Because you are also experiencing disorientation, i recommend that you be evaluated at the emergency room to determine the cause. I wish you well.

Should let PCP know: Definately need to call and let your regular Dr, Know as they can help understand the meaning of the symptom for you
