Your : Your symptoms could be related to changes in hormone levels, but I do think you should have a medical evaluation and have testing performed. If there is any chance you could be pregnant then please take a pregnancy test. I am also concerned about the discharge. Again it could be related to hormones but this should be cultured. If you have increased pain, vomiting, fever, or lightheadedness, then you must be seen immediately.

While : While your symptoms are probably due to your body's attempt to reestablish its normal hormonal balance, there could be other causes. If you've had unprotected sex since you stopped taking depo-provera, you might be pregnant, and your bleeding could represent a threatened miscarriage or even a tubal pregnancy. Alternatively, you might have developed an ovarian cyst that's making its own hormones, and this could result in your breast tenderness, abdominal discomfort, and irregular vaginal bleeding. It's also possible your thyroid isn't working properly, which could also account for your symptoms. Call your doctor for advice. He/she may want to take a "wait-and-see" approach, or he may have you come in for an examination. I hope things settle down soon!
