One : One possibility is that your prostate is enlarged and it is hard for the urine to get past it. Another possibility is an infection. You sound miserable because of your urinary frequency. Please see your doctor or a urologist, so that they can find out the cause and start working on improving the situation. Good luck.

Most : Most common cause for slow urination in your age group is prostate enlargement. Your should be evaluated by the urologist to make sure that it is not a prostate cancer. If you have pain more than urgency during urination then it may be an infection. In which case you will need an antibiotics.
