If you or your family members have a regular old stomach ache in the future; here are some things you can try. You can drink ginger tea or ginger ale, as well as eating crystallized ginger to help an upset stomach. Chamomile tea can be very soothing for the gastrointestinal tract. If there are cramps, a heating pad can help but be careful not to get burned. Hope these tips are useful. Take care.
